Ensuring your satisfaction with your order is my top priority! Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out via email within 14 days of receiving your package. I am committed to resolving the issue by either sending a replacement, facilitating an exchange, or providing store credit (minus shipping costs).

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original condition.Please note that custom orders, gift cards, and downloadable products are non-returnable.

Exchanges (if applicable): We will only replace items if they are defective or arrived damaged. Exchanges for items requiring a size change will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the event of receiving store credit, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from the credited amount.

The duration for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $50, I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While I strive for a smooth process, I cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without a tracking mechanism in place.
